We are looking for a passionate and energetic Gym Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will guide clients in achieving their fitness goals through personalized workout plans, proper exercise techniques, and motivational support. You will be responsible for maintaining gym safety, monitoring member progress, and ensuring a positive fitness experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customized fitness programs for clients
- Demonstrate proper exercise form and technique
- Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed
- Ensure all equipment is safe and well-maintained
- Motivate members to achieve their fitness goals
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the gym area
Qualifications:
- Certification in Fitness Training or Physical Education preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience as a fitness trainer or coach is a plus
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
